Boarding:
Boarding includes day play and overnight boarding through 8:30am the following day. At 8:31 the system will bill for ½ day or full day play depending on pick up time.
You are eligible for a $10.00 credit toward bath/grooming services at the same time your pet is boarding with us. It is not transferable to a different date or pet.

Ear Cleaning: $15.00 (comes complementary with bath or groom service)
Other Info:
* Grooming services that are not canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours are subject to a $25.00 Cancelation fee.
* There is a distinct difference in a pet that has been groomed and kept up versus a pet that has not been, for accurate pricing for your pet please discuss with your groomer upon drop off.
*We are unable to accept your pet for services without your pet portal being active and up to date to include your signed pet care agreement as well as up to date vaccines shown in your portal.
*There is a 1-hour window before and after your pets scheduled appointment allotted for kennel space. Should you drop off before or pick up after that window you are subject to ½ day play rate. This is to ensure we have space for the next appointment, and we are licensed for a certain number of animals in the building per day at one time by the Georgia State Department of Agriculture and we are subject to inspection 365 days per year.
